Mindy is the best! She was super helpful and offered loads of information, as it was my first time buying a house. She walked me through every step of the process from thinking through my "must haves," paperwork, pre-approval, showings, you name it.

We moved from out of state and were purchasing our very first house. We talked with several realtors and while we know any of them could have helped us, our conversation with Mindy was the best.

Mindy streamlined the process for us not only when we talked to her but with very informative packets.

Mindy is extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, and has great attention to detail. She is very personable and will truly become your real estate bestie. Mindy helped us find the perfect home when we moved from Oklahoma to Omaha. She helped us find the perfect home in our budget and in the school district we wanted to be in for our son. She helped us manage our expectations and did not show us anything out of our budget. She was persistent when we didn’t like anything she showed us the first day. She gave us tips for improving the house because we would need to sell in 3 years. When it was time to resell, Mindy didn’t mess around. She told us exactly what to do and we did it! We had multiple offers the day our house hit the market. We had 1 day of showings and that was it!! Mindy is the best at helping you find the perfect home or helping you sell your current home. We live out of state and Mindy Kidney helped us through the whole process. Mindy went to the house initially, took pictures and made suggestions. We were asking contractors to work on the house but they were busy. Mindy would suggest people she knew and Mindy's contractors all came through.

We talked about the house pricing and selling aspects, Mindy was spot on. Mindy's photos for advertising were amazing. The first few days there was enough interest to produce offers. We choose an offer but there were a few things to work on before closing. Mindy was right there helping.

Mindy used the computer to put the paperwork together from the signatures only or the notarized papers.

I am impressed with Mindy Kidney! I would use Mindy Kidney again and recommend her to anyone!

Gotta say, Mindy made our first homebuying experience super painless! Mindy has been our realtor for buying and selling our first home, both experiences exceeded our expectations! She is so knowledgeable in this business. I think she might be a super hero in flip flops flying from meeting to meeting and responding to clients in between, not sure how she has a enough time in the day.

She was able to communicate with us the steps of listing our house and what we needed to do, schedule photos and videos to be taken, list our house and sell it all within three weeks time. We are so satisfied with the many offers and the attention we got.

This was our first time shopping for/ buying a home. We had no idea what to expect, and began the process with a Nebraska realtor that had contacted us. It quickly became apparent that he did not have the experience or skills necessary to properly guide us through such a difficult and emotional process. After speaking with my aunt, who is the number three realtor in Colorado, she agreed that he was not the right realtor for us, and insisted on helping us find “the one.” She did exhaustive research and interviewed a few candidates for us until she contacted Mindy Kidney. After a long conversation she was entirely confident that Mindy had the experience, honesty, temperament, and skills to trust her with helping her favorite nephew (her words not mine ;) with navigating this process. She couldn’t have been more right. Mindy was kind, but direct. She was honest about the pros and cons of each home for our situation rather than feeling like a used car salesman telling us what they think we want to hear. She was patient and respectful, and made us feel comfortable and hopeful about an extremely fast moving market where decisions had to be made in less than 12 hours, which is no easy task with a hand-wringer such as myself. She helped us negotiate a great deal along a half-dozen offers you get the home we wanted on the first try, without over-reaching and stressing our financials. On a side note, she was extremely generous and pleasant to work with and talk to. I think the mark of a great realtor Is someone with leader ship qualities that make you feel comfortable in their “ranks “I’ll simultaneously being somebody you’d hang out with if there was no business arrangement in place.
