My dad had to sell his house, he was getting older, and I preferred to have him live with me to keep an eye on him. So we needed to find a realtor; we prospected several agents, and it always felt as if they didn't care about our situation. They just wanted to sell the house. We ended up calling Minerva Juarez to help us out and see what he had to offer. To our surprise, she was very professional, had all the paperwork in order, and was ready to answer all of our questions. She didn't make us feel pressured to sign anything or quick to sell the home. Minerva did end up selling my dad's house at a higher sales price than we had expected, and she made the whole transaction as smooth as possible. Honestly, the best. Thank you, Minerva Juarez :)

Minerva met me at Chick-fil-A and it was stress-free from there on out. His knowledge of Austin, subdivisions and homes is remarkable. He was very patient as we went back and forth and sometimes changed plans mid-day to look at a new prospect that popped up. she mailed me prospective homes that I might have missed on Zillow or Realtor.com. He handled the contracting process with professionalism and my best interests at heart. I love my new home and can’t thank Minerva enough for helping get me in to it.
