Miogene is an exceptional real estate agent. We are long-term real estate investors exchanging some of the houses in our portfolio, but we weren't familiar with the nuances of selling our homes in Lantana. Miogene was recommended to us by the Judge Fite Property Management group, and she delivered on that recommendation. Starting at our first conversation, she shared her expertise and experiences with properties in the area. She gave us precise guidance on the improvements we could make to the property and the impact it would have on the price and velocity of sale, as well as the return on our investment.
