We had a 10 acre Ranch with a home and 2 barns with equipment to operate. This sale had a lot of moving parts. Our Realtor went above and beyond to help us liquidate everything Animals, horse Tack and equipment. They explained everything in detail and made contacts to sale everything in a fast and efficient way for a very fair and great price. We had a contract on the home and property the day we listed. Miogene is an exceptional real estate agent. We are long-term real estate investors exchanging some of the houses in our portfolio, but we weren't familiar with the nuances of selling our homes in Lantana. Miogene was recommended to us by the Judge Fite Property Management group, and she delivered on that recommendation. Starting at our first conversation, she shared her expertise and experiences with properties in the area.
