Miriam was referred to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! We needed to be aggressive with the sale of my home in order to catch another house that had just been put on the market. There was no time to waste and she jumped into action. Miriam was extremely instrumental in the staging of the house to get photos and video for the online listing. Her knowledge and instincts were on point and it couldn’t have been a more effortless process for us.

Miriam Del Rio is the most patient realtor I’ve ever worked with!! We were not sure what we were looking for initially. We changed your minds several times, and throughout it all, Miriam was there to accommodate our needs. I would consider Miriam to be more like family after going through this homebuying process with her! She paid great attention to detail and went over and beyond the call of duty to get things done on our behalf. Couldn’t have done it without her professionalism and relationships in the industry! Where should i begin? Miriam was by far THE best real estate agent I have ever worked with. And just for transparency, I have worked with 4 in the past 7 years. But, back to Miriam. From the beginning I new she was special. She attacked the selling of my home with such passion. She came in telling me what to do and where to put stuff. At first it was unsettling and then it became clear. The problem I had in the past was that even though I had an agent I basically sold my own house. I loved that she told me what I needed to do. She had me staging, moving things, and hiding stuff that didn't need to be in the pictures. It was evident that she was actually doing the job that one would expect from their realtor. Her photographer was phenomenal! Those pictures had me ready to buy my own house. hahaha! This lady even knows, carpenters, landscapers, and plumbers. Everything you would need to make sure your house is in TOP condition. Now, let's get to the advertising. Miriam posted my house everywhere. She was constantly calling me with updates and when she couldn't get me on the phone she texted. I always knew what was going on with the house. If when we had a couple buyers she kept me grounded on the end game, which was getting the house sold. I have recommended her to all my friends and will definitely use her again! Anyone reading this post whether you have a realtor or not, CALL MIRIAM, you will not be disappointed. She is very professional!

Miriam is bright and thorough and she was able to help us purchase a new home (on whim) and turn around and sell our home within a week. She made the process of buying and selling our home quick and dare i say fun! She was easily accessible and always going to bat for her clients. I had something very specific in mind when I began looking for a new house. I felt like Miriam truly understood what I had in mind, and she worked so hard searching for homes that met my criteria. Obviously not every house in a search, for anyone, can be "the one", and the hunt can be exhausting. But, I could tell that she saw the potential for my vision in every house we looked at, and that really streamlined the process. Also, she had connections and a good working relationship with every other realtor that we dealt with, which made flexible appointment times and sometimes unscheduled or last minute viewings a breeze. I would absolutely highly recommend her.
