Mirtha from the start recognized what was important to us and made them a priority while looking for our first home. She always fought for us and was professional throughout the process. Mirtha helped us remain calm during the trying times of searching and putting offers on potential homes. She always went the extra mile to answer our questions and educate us. Mirtha was able to find us our first home with the pressure of us wanting to be settled before our new baby arrived. Living͏ my best life in the Hammocks!
After speaking to many friends and family members about selling and purchasing my home(s), I expected it to be a tough process. Especially with how competitive this market is. Mirtha Guzman made the whole journey so smooth I barely noticed how quickly my condo sold. It took TWO WEEKS! AND it was sold over the asking price! Ms. Guzman was able to guide me in the right direction when it came to putting in offers and when it was time to move on to the next home. Ms. Guzman definitely makes sure that the sellers/realtors know she means business. Ms. Guzman 110% puts in all her effort to make sure her clients are satisfied with their home sales/purchase. She even helped me with some of the remodeling of my condo! Made everything I wanted in a home possible and then some. 10/10 highly recommend this BOSS of a WOMAN to represent you and get you your dream home!
