About Misty

Misty is originally from Hickory, North Carolina and has lived in Myrtle Beach since 2000. She has been a realtor representing both buyers and sellers along the Greater Grand Strand area including both Horry and Georgetown Counties since 2005. Her primary areas of focus are residential and resort properties, new construction and custom-built homes, residential lots and acreage, oceanfront properties, luxury and high-end homes, condos, townhomes, investment and multi-purpose properties.

Misty has a vast knowledge of the industry and the entire Grand Strand area. She truly believes there’s no greater joy than helping others with their real estate needs. Misty has produced over 60 million dollars in sales and has over a thousand satisfied clients working nearly 17 years as an accredited professional in her field. Misty holds the designation of Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), was a Finalist in the 2009 Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce Incredible Customer Experience Awards (ICE) and was the April 2012 Recipient of the Realtor Image Award which is voted by her peers of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. She is currently a Co-Chairperson with the Realtors Assistance Fund Trust (RAFT) which assists with the medical bills of CCAR Realtors and their immediate family members suffering from serious illnesses.

As a very proud and blessed Stage III Breast Cancer Survivor since May 2010, Misty has acted as an Ambassador, Supporter and Fundraiser of many cancer groups in both SC and NC and is always willing to speak at any event or be an encouragement to anyone going through cancer diagnosis and treatments. You will always see a pink ribbon on Misty’s business card as a constant reminder of the blessings her journey has brought to her. Misty has many mottos, but the one she follows with her clients the most is, “Selling real estate in the Myrtle Beach market is my daily job, making your real estate dreams become a reality is my life-long career!”
