A lifelong Chicagoland resident, Mitir offers his clients unparalleled market insight and incredible business acumen. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Mitir worked for several hedge funds and trading firms. His longtime passion for real estate was inspired by his father, an investment property owner. As a child, Mitir recalls helping his father manage his holdings across the northwest suburbs. Mitir’s first-hand real estate experience spurred him to pursue his career as a broker, and he is proud to be able to help his clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling in the Chicagoland market.

Mitir’s expertise goes beyond negotiation—he understands the nuances of development, and has participated in all aspects of home building and construction over the course of his career. He is a tireless advocate for his clients' needs, and works diligently to ensure they achieve their real estate goals. Whether first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, Mitir provides his clients with guidance necessary to make informed decisions.

Mitir and his family call Roscoe Village home, and love being able to enjoy everything the city has to offer. He can often be found exploring his neighborhood by foot, and enjoys Chicago’s highly walkable nature. Mitir holds a business degree in accounting and finance from Loyola University, utilizing his keen aptitude for numbers to help him manage his personal investment properties—over 150 units across the Chicagoland area—for nearly two decades.
