Molly was an exceptional realtor and helped us find a home to meet our needs. She always made herself available for showings. She made sure we had all the necessary information regarding the houses we were interested in. She offered great advice when we were going through the home buying process and gave me guidance all along the way. She was someone that I knew would give me honest feedback regarding homes that may need a little more work than others based on her experience looking at houses for her clients. I would trust her with my house buying and selling needs if I were to need a realtor again. Highly recommend her if you need a realtor!

I first met Molly in 2020 when my husband and I started our search for our first home. She explained the purchasing process step by step and more importantly was there every step of the way. When we decided to sell our home, there was no other realtor we would want to work with other than Molly and her team! Once again, Molly exceeded our expectations. Molly showed my wife and I quite a few houses all over the Dayton area. We had so many wants and needs, I’m surprised she found us any at all. Finally we found the perfect home for us. I can’t overstate how instrumental she was in helping us secure our future. Unfortunately, the home we fell in love with was destined for a prolonged closing due to issues on the seller’s end but Molly kept us engaged in the process and informed, every step of the way. Her support at the closing table and beyond truly put us at ease and ensured our smooth transition. Three months later and we are still grateful everyday for what she has done for our family. Molly was phenomenal. She went above and beyond our expectations even during the Holiday Season…such a busy time plus the snow. With that being said, even with us moving from out of state, she moved mountains for us more so when we couldn’t be here in person to view the homes, virtual it was. All in all, she made us felt welcome since the first day we had met even as well as made us feel comfortable too. Molly made the process seem so easy compared to our past history with previous realtors. She really listens to clients and goes the extra mile with customer service too. The knowledge with the passion plus super responsive too. She was the best! Communication was key and the sale went smoothly. We highly recommend her to everyone we know and can reach out too.
