We had such an amazing opportunity to work with Monica and Mia. Both of them were very professional, hard working, always avalible, transparent , persistent
and very dependable. We were very specific in our needs and wants which were challenging to meet. We looked at numerous home and put several offers. Monica listened to our needs and found us the home of our dreams. Monica was always there to guide and leads us through this difficult process.
She was very uplifting and NEVER gave up. Her positive attitude is what kept us going during this difficult time. This is not the fist nor the last home that she will help us though. She found our first home and second home and will always be our Realtor.

Monica was a pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers, she was very patient and was willing to take as much time as needed to explain things to us. She was very flexible with her hours and willing to accommodate to our work schedules to tour homes. As with anything, communication is key and she easily adjusted to our requests/feedback. She was diligent at working with the seller's agent for our house, which had already accepted another offer and it paid off. We would definitely recommend her and her team.

As first time buyers, we did not know what to expect from a real estate agent. We had been working with a different real estate agent who had very poor communication. Never answered his phone, hardly ever called me back, seldom returned my texts and when he did, I’d get 1-2 word responses. Getting fed up, I reached out to Monica and that’s when I realized what a REAL real estate agent should be like. Within 2 days of getting in contact with her, she had set up a whole list of showings for me, and after the first weekend of looking, we put in an offer. She was AMAZING at negotiating for us, not only the cost but the minor details of the offer! She’s very straight forward and that’s something admirable in a real estate agent. Any real estate agent will try to shove any property down your throat just to collect on commission but she went out of her way to make sure we were getting the BEST! 1000% recommend Monica Hathaway, as well as her partner Wendy Balke!

Mónica is perfect at what she does. She has helped me purchase and sell properties. I’ve known Monica for over 10 years and she is the person I go to when it comes to real state. If there’s a property that you really want , Monica will make sure you get it. She has a fabulous assistant Rubi that will make sure all the paper work gets done.

Monica Hathaway is the best realtor by far! We had a very unique situation looking for something very specific and she was able to understand our needs. Ms Hathaway was always kind and encouraging even when we lost all faith that we would be able to find our perfect home in this though market. On top of that she was always on time to all appointments, very responsive to my many calls/texts and would answer all my questions.

I just cannot say enough about Ms. Hathaway! She is very caring and she shows it. She wants to help you during this very important time in your life and she does everything under her power make it happen.
