Monica Ketterling

Monica loves what she does, and she is here to help. Real estate is truly her passion. Monica’s business model is client focused and she prides herself on providing the highest level of customer service not only to my buyers and sellers, but also to and with other professionals in this industry. Her team of lenders, service providers, and escrow officers is the cream of the crop.

She works primarily by referral. When a client recommends her to a family member or friend, it is the highest compliment she can receive. She is a resource for her clients before, during, and after the transaction.

She is proud to be part of Realty One Group Complete in Sacramento. Her office is in the heart of Sacramento on American River Drive, and she works in all areas of greater Sacramento and surrounding communities.

Monica graduated from UC Davis with degrees in International Relations and Psychology. She is a mother of four awesome young adults. My children are 25, 22, 18, and 18. (Yes, twins). ??

When Monica is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with friends, learning anything and everything she can about new things, listening to podcasts, and watching documentaries.

Monica currently lives in Elk Grove California where she has been since 1992.
