Monica did an amazing job with the sale of our home. Her presentation in every aspect of our home sale was professional, from the media packaging to the signage, all materials exceeded our expectations. Her communication between us and prospective buyers/agents was effective and timely. Her sales strategy and negotiation acumen helped us sell our home for more than asking. Ultimately, the choices we made were ours, with her guidance. We never felt pushed or guided to any buyer or deal. Monica was great, she is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to make this a very pleasant experience for us. These times can be challenging for buyers which is why it is crucial to work with someone you trust who you know has your best interest in mind. I was very lucky to have found Monica.
