We could not have asked for a better realtor than Monica. She came highly recommended and I understand why. I don't think Monica ever sleeps! Whether I messaged her at 11pm or 6am she was quick to answer and eager to help in every way possible. Being new to the process we were indecisive and had a lot of questions but Monica was patient and worked hard for us. From the first day we spoke to her to the first night in our new home was less than 2 months. If you need a realtor that won't disappoint she should be your choice!

Monica is amazing!
The consummate professional, Monica listens to and HEARS her clients when they express their needs and wants and she translates them accordingly. Monica is extremely knowledgeable in her industry and in her area. She makes the lives of her clients easy while they are walking through undoubtedly a very important time as they buy/ sell/ invest in a home. Most of us don’t do this everyday and having a knowledgeable, calm, caring agent like Monica is key. She proactively walks you through the next steps and helps you navigate the entire process in an organized, easy manner and this is priceless.. She loves what she does and it shows. Monica is passionate about people and people absolutely love working with her.
She is organized, prompt, professional, and experienced. Highly recommend!!

Monica is the best realtor that you could ask for. She is incredibly patient and really worked with us (for over 3 years!) to find our perfect vacation home! She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped us make the right choices. The whole process was seamless because Monica was completely on top of everything. She coordinated the communications with everyone – the seller & her realtor, the mortgage company, the title company, multiple inspectors, insurance company, etc. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend that you give her a call!
