My wife and I Met Monica on Saturday morning the 17th of April. It was a listing meeting but since we had some hesitancy to sell property she did not pressure us for a decision. That afternoon we decided to sell and called Monica to have her list our property. On the next day- April 18th, first day of listing- Monica had a showing which yielded a full ask all cash offer. We closed on April 28th-2 days ago. So entire process was 10 days. Throughout process Monica kept us informed as well as keeping everyone working together to get to the close. She is very skilled in all the areas of concern when choosing an agent
including expectations management and minimizing stress. She is a fun person to work with but stays focused on representing you ethically and with the professionalism that yields a result favorable to you!
