Monique’s journey in real estate began with her own experience as a first-time homeowner at 24. Just a year later, a personal tragedy led her to sell that home — an experience that opened her eyes to the emotional side of real estate. It was then she realized her true calling: to help others navigate one of life’s biggest transitions with honesty, care, and support. That turning point inspired Monique to earn her real estate license and dedicate her career to creating a better client experience — one rooted in empathy, integrity, and results.
