MORGAN HAD AN OFFER ON MY CONDO IN 10 DAYS

I'm beyond impressed with Morgan. I went through a terrible experience with a previous realtor and after 4 months my property didn't have 1 offer so I took it off the market. Many months later, I searched Google and found Morgan after reading a review on Yelp and browsing her website. After reviewing her "buyer/seller guide" (which I highly recommend you ask her for), it literally answered every question I had as a seller. And in my case, I started to question after living in 4 states and working with countless realtors, why this was my first time seeing such a guide? It speaks to Morgan's ability to truly understand her market and clients.

I went from no sell after 4 months to hiring Morgan and had an offer in 10 DAYS!!! You can't get any better than that.

What I love about Morgan is that she's a straight-shooter. She won't B.S. you and she delivers. She also pays attention to details. I lived out of state from my property so she did all of the legwork for me. My condo needed some work with painting, staging (which I HIGHLY recommend her staging services), and minor maintenance. Her pricing was reasonable, she got it done in a timely manner, and she found ways to save (to the point that she went and actually swapped an item purchased for a less expensive one). She has a great eye for design, and most importantly, she's trustworthy. I can't recommend this woman enough. No shade to male realtors, but my experience personally has been that woman realtors pay more attention to details.

I gave Morgan my timeline and budget and she completely exceeded my expectations. I don't even think this review does her justice as I'm beyond thankful for her services. She's phenomenal. If you're in search of a realtor or have a realtor already but you have a hunch they aren't meeting your needs, before you sign any papers, I'd make the switch or at minimum hear what she has to say. You won't regret it.

I only wish I'd known of her the first time around.

My husband and I chose Morgan as our realtor in 2015. As first time home buyers, we were pretty clueless as to what to do first. Morgan helped us navigate every aspect of the house buying process. She set us up with a great mortgage broker, helped us understand the current market, explained how to assess houses and spot issues, and when it came time to negotiate offers, was quite tenacious in getting us the best deal possible. It took a while for us to find our perfect house but she was incredibly professional, patient, attentive, and fun throughout the experience. I can’t imagine working with anyone else!

We had the pleasure of both selling and buying with Morgan. Throughout the entire process of both, Morgan went above and beyond to make sure that were informed, comfortable with every decision being made, and got the most out of the home we sold, as well as the most out of our new home purchase. From a seller’s perspective, we felt that Morgan truly made selling our home a priority. She hired excellent photographers, created compelling marketing materials and held open houses. Our home sold in under a month for full asking price! From a buyer’s perspective, Morgan was incredibly sensitive to our needs – both financially and in terms of location and function. She was able to negotiate a particularly complicated sale which ended in all parties being extremely happy with the outcome. Morgan’s knowledge, skills and professionalism are invaluable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to buy and/or sell, and I will absolutely be using her again should we need a realtor in the future.
