MoShay LaRen Strickland -- personable relatable and warm! LaRen was a 20-year broadcast media professional and one of Philly's best-loved broadcast personalities before making the transition to Real Estate full-time. A New Jersey native MoShay moved to the Spring-Arts / Northern Liberties area of Philly six years ago where she started her Real Estate investment career in the same neighborhood.

MoShay has always had a passion for all things Real Estate! As a hobby, she would craft decorate, and design spaces for family and friends. As a Real Estate investor, MoShay has built a solid and growing foundation of clients. Aside from work MoShay has a heart for community and considers herself a change agent. Her efforts at reaching at-need communities and advocacy gained her a seat on the board of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Domestic Violence where she served a five-year term and earned a myriad of acknowledgments and recognitions including the 2011 Next Generation Award presented by Mayor Nutter and Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown.

MoShay joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services to expand her Real Estate career as a full-time professional REALTOR. Laren is passionate about Real Estate Sales in Philadelphia guiding buyers and sellers through every step in the Real Estate process.
