Zula did a fantastic job working as our realtor; she is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule. She very efficient, dedicated, and knowledgeable. She had an answer to all the questions that we had. And she helped us to find our dream home.

I highly recommend Zula Tavkhai to everyone who is looking for their dream house. We bought our 2 houses with her, and for both times she was very responsive and responsible. We went to so many houses to look at them, and usually we call her randomly morning and night. She was always willing to go above and beyond and dig deep down to the house history, location, inspections, permit , and license etc... anything we ask for she did more research and had an answer for us. She was truly working hard for us to do the negotiations for house pricing and being patient with our house hunting. Even after we bought our house, we had questions from the previous owners and she still reached back to them for us and resolved any questions or issues we have. I could never thank enough for her hard work and dedication to us. Thank you Zula. We love you from bottom of our heart!
