Nader Assemi

Although it may seem cliche, Nader Assemi believes he was born to serve his community as a real estate professional. Nader possibly was born to do this; he was born into a Fresno family that worked in real estate and construction. As a teenager and young adult, he sold appliances and lighting at his father’s store, Central Distributing, and, when he was only 17 years old, he started his first business in e-commerce. In 2005, he joined the marketing department of his family’s home-building company, Granville Homes.

Nader began flipping properties in 2011 and committed to selling real estate full-time in 2016. He has since become a licensed general contractor, infill developer, and investor. Today, he brings a keen eye for detail to his already diverse skill set. He is proud to serve clients by adopting an advisory role, providing them with the guidance and information they need to make confident decisions. Nader majored in business with an emphasis on entrepreneurship at California State University, Fresno, before earning his MBA there. During his college days, a trip to Birmingham, England, sparked his interest in urban renewal. To this day, he pours his energy into his community on his own time. Peerless Building, one of his passion projects that was years in the making, is located in Downtown Fresno and hosts a mix of tenants, including a women-owned clothing retailer, microbrewery, natural wine bar, boxing gym, and several art galleries. Nader also loves tinkering with anything mechanical, especially cars. He lives with his wife, two sons, and dog, Oskar, in a restored 1960s modern ranch in Fresno’s Old Fig Garden neighborhood.
