Nancy Bryant

Born in Montclair, NJ, Nancy Bryant was raised in Charlotte, NC, and vacationed in the Charleston area for 25 years. She graduated from the University of Georgia and entered hospitality sales. She began her career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, worked for Orient-Express Hotels, and Kiawah Island Golf Resort. During her twelve-year tenure at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Nancy participated in pre-sell and opening phases of The Sanctuary Hotel. She received her real estate license in 2007 and joined the Akers Ellis team in 2010. While her real estate concentration is primarily luxury sales on Kiawah, Seabrook, and Johns Islands, she is very knowledgeable with all areas of the Lowcountry. A Charleston resident since 1998, Nancy and her husband Mike live on James Island, are active with the Lowcountry Lab Rescue, and enjoy the beach, boating, traveling, and fine cuisine.
