Nancy Day is a trusted Peoria-area real estate professional and longtime morning radio show co-host with deep roots in Central Illinois. A graduate of Illinois State University, Nancy moved to Peoria more than 30 years ago and has built a strong connection to the community she proudly calls home.

For decades, Nancy has connected with listeners across the region through her work in radio, developing a reputation for clear communication, authenticity, and local insight—qualities that translate seamlessly into her work with real estate buyers and sellers. Beyond real estate and broadcasting, Nancy is passionate about health and wellness. She is a former youth volleyball coach and enjoys staying active by playing sports, hiking, and biking the Peoria-area trails. Nancy and her husband, Bruce, have three children—Lucas, Lauren, and Logan—and remain deeply involved in the community they love.
