Nancy has worked tirelessly for over a year with my daughter to find a home that she would love and could afford. Her patience and due diligence as a real estate agent through this past year finally paid off when just the right home came available in December, my daughter closed on it last week. She is over the moon excited making this new home her own. Nancy is just as excited for her. In this day and age to find someone who genuinely is interested in another persons happiness and doesnt see dollar signs at every turn seems to be a rarity. Nancy is all of the above.....The quality of a professional agent that is responsible at all aspects of selling and buying a house. Very knowledgeable, with straight forward answers to any questions you may have. I always say the phrase “if it wasn’t for bad luck, I would have no luck”, but boy was it the complete opposite working with Nancy. She made buying my first house so easy and as stress free as possible. Purchasing a house from 7 states away was pretty difficult but Nancy made sure to help me with any questions I had along the way. My wife and decided to sale our first home we had purchased as a couple. What a star! Nancy Deagan will make you feel like you're her only client no matter the value of the property you're selling/buying.

If you're selling, she's always on top of things, and she goes above and beyond to support the sale. For my under $250k property, she even paid a professional photographer when she thought her listing photos weren't good enough. I listed in early January and had a contract in less than 3 weeks thanks to Nancy!

If you're buying, she'll take you to as many properties as you need to see and you'll never feel like an inconvenience. She even suggested an area I hadn't considered because the properties there met my stated desires.

I'm an experienced real estate buyer/seller (3 houses, 5 condos) who has worked with 10 different brokers in 5 states. Nancy is tied for first among them thanks to her wisdom about the market, her patient support in helping me find what worked for me (not what she'd make the most $ from), her seemingly 24/7 communication, her enduring kindness, and most importantly, her honesty and integrity.
