Nancy Evans

Thirty years ago, Nancy began a career in real estate as a Realtor® with William E. Wood, purchased by Howard Hanna in 2014. Five years into a successful sales career, she was identified as someone who might be suited for management. Thrilled at the opportunity, she obtained her broker's license and has been managing an office of agents for the last 25 years and have enjoyed every day. She has found that managing and selling use similar skills as they both require patience, guidance, and knowledge. Though management has been rewarding, she has felt for some time that something was missing, and after much deliberation, she realized that she'd missed the direct involvement with customers. That being said, she has chosen to return to her original career in real estate sales. Instead of teaching agents how to price homes, negotiate offers and market themselves and their properties, she will use those same skills to help her clients with their real estate needs.
