Nancy has been guiding her clients through the sometimes challenging process of buying and selling a home since she became a Realtor in 2003, earning her Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation in 2009, her Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation also in 2009 and her designation as an e-PRO in Internet Marketing in 2008.
As a former RE/MAX agent Nancy was a member of the Presidents Club, the Executive Club and the 100% Club, awards that annually go to a select group of high producing RE/MAX sales associates.
Every year Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors (SAAR) select a handful of Realtors to participate in their 12 week Leadership Academy. Nancy is a 2009 Alumni.
