Nancy really went above and beyond to make this sale close; it was a unique and challenging listing that was in danger of falling through several times, due to the nature of the property and the house, as well as non-cooperative lenders and somewhat unwelcoming neighbors. She patiently and tenaciously worked on it, sometimes having to do the job of the buyer's agent as well.
She acted professional and transparent and brought the deal together where in the end all parties walked away winners.
She told me once she loves what she does and it shows.
