Nancy Roth

A Boston resident since 1984, Nancy became a Charlestown resident in 1998 and began practicing real estate in 2002 where she quickly established herself as a leading agent. Nancy has been The Market Leader in Charlestown sales volume from 2007 through 2021. In addition, she has been ranked among the top 20 agents in Boston since 2009; among the top 10 for 2012, 2013, 2016, 2018 and 2019; among the top 5 for 2020. While Nancy’s business is solely focused in Charlestown, she has been recognized by the 2020 Real Trends & The Wall Street Journal “The Thousand,” ranking 219th of individual Realtors nationally, and named one of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals in 2022 by RealTrends, ranking 18th in the state of Massachusetts, and as one of Boston’s Top Real Estate Producers 2022 by Boston Magazine.

A graduate of Northeastern University, Nancy worked in the high-tech industry for 16 years, managing a national account sales force and negotiating regularly with Fortune 500 CEO’s and CIO’s. The valuable business experience she has gained over the past 36 years, combined with IBM’s world-renowned sales training, has enabled Nancy to develop the skills to deliver the highest possible level of professional service and expertise in every transaction she manages.

Well-versed in all phases of home construction, Nancy has bought and sold several Charlestown properties and has completed the total renovation of a brick townhouse. She has also acted as a consultant and advisor to several local developers. Nancy specializes in Charlestown where she has developed a loyal following of past clients who value her sales skills, market knowledge and attention to detail.

Nancy is active in several local Charlestown civic, charitable and community groups including the Charlestown Preservation Society, and the Charlestown Mothers Association. Nancy and her husband are raising their 3 boys in Charlestown.

In addition to real estate, her passions include tennis, golf, skiing, and lacrosse (former collegiate Division 1 player).
