You could almost say that real estate is in Nancy’s DNA. Her father was a realtor, her mom an escrow officer, and Nancy learned the language and process early on. She started her career at age 18 in escrow, went on to own an escrow company, then moved to Colorado in 1999. She has been happily in real estate ever since. Nancy loves and is gifted at helping her clients learn and understand every step and document in layman’s terms, just like she did. Character qualities that are important to Nancy and that she strives to live out every day are Kindness, Loyalty, and Humor. She believes “empowered beats powerful”, loves people, makes staying in touch a high priority, and loves to laugh. When not making real estate transactions as easy, painless, and successful for her clients as possible, you will more than likely find Nancy hosting an event. Whether family, friends, back-to-school drives or tea parties for a women’s shelter, Nancy LOVES to plan, decorate and cook. Always trying new dishes and always on the lookout for a new theme or idea, Nancy is in heaven when there is an upcoming event on her to-do list! A former Girl Scout leader, she is also quick to lend a hand when someone is in need. While Nancy has a “low sports IQ”, she enjoys supporting her kids and husband in their sports endeavors. Her favorite ways to relax are with a good book (or ten) and crafting with friends…often. Preferably with wine and cheese! She loves home improvement projects, is a Pinterest “junkie” and has six themed fairy gardens in her home where she can lose track of time maintaining them. Nancy is most proud of her children and the life she and her husband have built. She loves to travel (has been to Italy, Scotland, England, Mexico, St. Thomas, and St. Martin) and would like to experience even more cultures. She also hopes to become fluent in Spanish.
