Originally from Georgia, Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Georgia State University. She began her real estate career 20 years ago in North and South Carolina, earning her Florida broker's license in 2001 and focused primarily on corporate relocation. This niche was a perfect fit for Nancy, as she personally has made eight moves in 31 years of marriage. Understanding the stresses involved in relocation, she expertly guides her customers throughout the process as a certified relocation specialist for the nation's largest relocation management companies.

Having managed thousands of transactions as a managing broker, coach and trainer over the past two decades, Nancy has a wide range of experience in the field and can offer her customers a vantage point and expertise that few other associates can. Additionally, she brings her years of experience in sales, management and asset disposition to the training and development of her associates, helping them exponentially grow their businesses.

Nancy is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Seller Representative Specialist, member of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers and the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute. She belongs to the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS® and the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. She is also a National Association of REALTORS® instructor, leveraging her experience to train agents and brokers and bringing professionalism to the ever-changing industry of real estate.

In her leisure time, Nancy enjoys the outdoors, walking, boating, reading, practicing yoga and spending time with her family at the beach. An active member of the community, she loves giving back to local animal and youth organizations.
