Nancy has been wonderful! She is the reason I am in my home now. She showed me the right home for me and tightly followed through all the necessary steps until the deal was done and she put the keys of my new home in my hand. She is very thorough and shows great knowledge and great judgement of all home related matters that we discussed. Being out of the area, I didn’t want to drive long distances to attend the inspections or see the house again. Nancy is very experienced with technology such as Zoom, Facetime for real time showing as well as making videos, taking photos and forwarding to me. Nancy set up all the inspections for me, attended the inspections without me and reported any verbal comments from the inspectors to me. Because I didn’t want to drive again to the property, I asked her to take photos of portions of the home I didn’t remember such as the garage, water heater, condition of the kitchen appliances. I asked her to do a visual tour of the home for anything that may need to be fixed or was not in top condition, such as paint, cabinet varnish, floor that I might have overlooked when I visited the home the first time. I also asked her to check the grounds and common areas of the HOA and the neighborhood. I told her exactly was I was looking for and what I didn’t want. This gave me peace of mind that this home was the right one for me because I knew I could trust her judgement and her understanding my needs and wants.
Everything happened so fast from the offer to the close of escrow. They are many emails and long paperwork to read through and sign and respond to from the lender, escrow company and agent. Nancy held my hand through every step. She was very quick to respond to any of my numerous questions, by texts, phone calls or emails. She also acted right away if prompted by the seller’s agent or escrow company.
I have been living in my new home for a while now and this is even beyond my dreams. The home and HOA are the perfect fit for me. Thank you, Nancy, for being so patient with my endless questions and detail-oriented mind, for being so thorough and making this happen!

Nancy is AMAZING!!! She knows her stuff, is honest and most importantly she is patient! She must have shown us over 30+ houses… and we had a specific checklist and not once did she ever push us to settle! I was sure that she was going to drop us as a client but she showed no sign of giving up on us! As a matter of fact when we were ready to give up, she had 2 more house up her sleeve…one of which is now our dream home! Everything we wanted we got in this last and final house we looked at! When you have Nancy on your side you have someone that will invest in you and your family! Even after she closes the deal & you’ve purchased your home…that won’t be the last time you see her! She continues to keep in contact to check on the family and even drop off goodies for the kiddos! We are forever grateful for all the hard work and dedication in finding our dream home! If you’re looking to sell or buy a home - look no further than Nancy! We just happen to be doing both at the same time and Nancy walked us through the entire process with confidence, professionalism and expertise. We were in a bit of a time crunch with twin babies on the way! So Nancy used her pre-negotiation powers to not only get us strong offers above asking price, but also free rent back to allow us time to find a replacement home! She took the time to understand and empathize with our needs and ensure we were fully covered as best as possible!

So not only did she sell our home way above asking price with 2 months of FREE rent back, but she became more like family through this whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly to us, got the best photographer in to best showcase our home, worked with us for showings (as I was juggling morning sickness, a toddler, 2 German shepherds and cats to be out of the house) and made everything a breeze. We couldn’t be happier!

We’re now in escrow on a home our growing family will enjoy for years to come. This wouldn’t have been possible without Nancy’s excellent communication with other agents, her collaboration and knowledge of options with our lender, and her overall positivity and stubbornness working hard for us for an amazing end result.

Nancy knows her stuff, she hustles for you (in the best possible way) and is also a blast to work with.

As a first time home-buyer, I felt intimidated and lost with anything related to buying a home. After chatting with Nancy, I instantly felt at ease. We had a phone call to discuss the things we were looking for in a home, our preferred area, and other things. Nancy really listened to what we wanted and helped find the perfect home for us. I honestly felt like being a home owner was out of reach, but things fell into place and Nancy was one who helped us get there. She was always available by phone to answer any questions we had. Trust me, I'd randomly text her throughout the day and she would always reply so quickly. Sometimes I wondered if she ever took time away from work. All jokes aside, I absolutely recommend Nancy as a realtor. She really has a drive to helping people find the home they want and makes it a joyful experience. I can 100% say that I am recommending Nancy Jenson as a real estate salesperson for as long as she is one. She was fast with tending to our needs, did more than what she needed to, and fought for us until the end regardless of her busy schedule. She even took our photos as if we had a personal photographer when we got our keys! As a first time home buyer, I could not be more happy to have worked with Nancy Jensen. I was continually impressed with Nancy’s communication over text and email. She always responded promptly- usually within seconds or a minutes no matter the time of day or the day of week. When I expresses interest in a property she was quick to send comps and review pros and cons of each of these, weeding out those that would not fit our needs and preferences. When we toured homes she had a keen eye, noting any potential issues. I always felt and knew she had our best interest at heart during the entire process.
When making an offer, I not only appreciated her ability to build rapport with the seller agent but strategize tactfully. We discussed pricing based on different scenarios as well as other all other options available to ensure the offer was as strong as possible. I was overjoyed that we were the top offer considered out of many for our dream home!

Furthermore, Nancy
went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she would ensure we had clarity prior to submitting documents.
As someone who has A LOT of questions, I truly appreciated Nancy’s patience and attention to detail.

Nancy has a a unique understanding of the Sacramento market, paired with her thoughtfulness made our home buying experience smooth and enjoyable! Nancy was everything you'd want in a realtor: experienced, accessible, knowledgeable, and had a huge network of contacts that were able to help with every step of the process, from loan to inspections, etc. She was also tenacious and persistent through the offer process to the closing process. We lucked out in getting Nancy as our real estate agent. We got approved for a loan and the mortgage company set us up with Nancy by chance. From the very beginning she answered all the questions we had and even answered questions we didn’t realize we should be asking. Nancy was able to set up viewings promptly and worked with our schedule. She gave us all the necessary information to make a decision and most importantly stood by our decision whether we decided to offer on a house or not and never made us feel pressured. She has many years experience and was able to give us valuable information to help understand where the market was, which sellers were going to be more challenging, which homes were going to go fast and how much to consider comps. She was patient with us when we were feeling overwhelmed after getting outbid and needed to take a break. When we decided we were ready again she was right back at it finding homes for us to see. Eventually we found the perfect home- within our budget, in our neighborhood, with the features we wanted. She was there until every step of the way. If you are in the market definitely call Nancy. She will get you what you need and let you lead the way!
