We have utilized Nancy's services on two separate occasions. Once for the sale of my 93 year old parents and, once for the purchase of a condo (from out of state). On both transactions, Nancy went over and above what one would expect from a real estate agent. It is what you would expect from a family member not a realtor! On our most recent condo purchase, Nancy made multiple trips to meet with the selling agent, with carpet installers and to ensure we would have access to the condo when we arrived. Nancy treats you like a friend and is dedicated to making sure you are taken care of throughout the sale and or purchase!

Nancy found the right house for us in 3 months in this tough market. Her advice was always just right. She made us think what our priorities were. She was quite talented in getting the details we wanted. She guessed how long the house would be on the market and how much she thought the house would go for. She was right about every house we were interested in.

At the closing, the seller agent acted inappropriately but Nancy kept her cool.

We are so happy with Nancy. I highly, highly recommend her. Nancy is a class act. She is fast in responding to your needs. You will get a best ally. You will get the result you want. You will not regret working with her.
