Nanette Shraga

Nanette’s professional diverse background in marketing, design and even personal taxes has brought her to the Real Estate industry. She’s been working in the marketing capacity of real estate for 14+ years and the sales capacity for over 4 years. With many years of marketing research and knowledge in real estate, it was an easy transition to sales.

Nanette has been living in Northern VA for over 20 years with her husband. They have one daughter in college and one adorable Calico cat who has taken residence in their daughter’s room - without paying rent, haha.

Nanette knows the area well, including various towns and neighborhoods in the region. As a Realtor, she continues to watch the local markets for what changes and what stays consistent, and stays up to date on the current technologies in real estate. Technology has made the transaction easier at the same time as more confusing to the client. She is always on top of the transaction and continues to communicate the process to her clients.
