Nat’s career has been marked by innovation and creativity in investment strategies, as well as expertise in financing alternatives and tax implications. Nat has a demonstrated ability to evaluate property value and market trends to assure project feasibility, risk reduction, maximize investment return and achieve optimal utilization of commercial and residential properties.

In order to achieve the best outcome for his clients, Nat uses a “consultative approach” to real estate. An in-depth discussion of the goals and capabilities of each party in the transaction results in the ability to create a Win-Win situation for both buyer and seller. Nat is an expert at finding creative solutions to real estate problems, especially in the case of underperforming properties and businesses. His skills enable the seller to obtain optimum value for the property while allowing the buyer to succeed as well.
Nat Santoro has over 40 years of proven professional experience in the sale and marketing of commercial, residential, industrial properties and businesses. He completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, often called the “PhD of commercial real estate education” in 1988, his GRI designation in 1978, and became a Certified General Appraiser in 1990. Nat holds a B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
Nat’s background encompasses investment analysis and consulting as well as facility management and real estate development. As a partner in a development company he was the contact person for all the zoning, legal, environmental and architectural aspects of the development. Nat also founded CarSan Realty in CT which he grew to 3 offices and 49 agents.
