Natalie and her team are phenomenal!!! Very responsive, prompt, professional and super friendly and accommodating. I contacted them on Tuesday night and by Friday my house was listed for sale on Zillow! I had a sleek For Sale sign on my yard, professional-looking pictures were of the property and the MLS listing was done! Throughout the entire process, if I had any questions or concerns, the team took care of me ASAP. Wanted to go look at a house? No problem! An agent was available to meet me in an hour, despite the late notice on a weekend! Gareth was amazing at keeping everything organized and coordinated. I sold my house with this group, then bought my new house with them too! And when I was looking for a mortgage lender, Natalie took care of that as well!😂 Wheter you are selling or buying a house, contact the Citareli group! You will NOT regret it! I know this is a business but Natalie really added that personal touch and was like a mama bear defending my best interest whenever a problem would arise! Thank you so much guys!!! I had an amazing experience with Citarelli Realty Group. Gabby was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, up for the challenge and always available. Gabby made this process easy and I felt like I was her only client, even though she had a few others. We found my home after seeing 14 and I closed on the 15th.

Natalie was nothing less than amazing! I had a broker in line and she made sure I received the best offer I could. She was behind me every step of the way. Negotiating right along with Gabby. Natalie read every one of my “contracts” and made changes as needed (from my broker). She’s like a bull dog when she knows something needs to be corrected or adjusted. She’s for sure going to have your back and make sure you close on the home you want.

This team will have your best interest in mind at all times. Anytime you have a question, they’re available to answer them. You can’t go wrong with these ladies.

Natalie was awesome. Realtors have greatly disappointed me in the past, but Natalie is the exception and understands the intricacies of real estate market, from riparian rights, to transferablity of the Florida Save Our Homes act to every aspect of buying and sales. She knows the market. My 2 previous agents would had cost me 150k in lost revenue. Further, she is extremely ethical, which was one of the most important factors to me. I wanted to sell my house and what was most very important to me was that the buyers would love their new home and Natalie made that possible by allowing me to talk to the buyers agent and get information to the new home owners.

My realtor (Jessica Shutack) was so helpful in a market where properties are gone before you have a chance to put an offer in. She worked hard and refined our housing search to what we were looking for and listened to our requests. We finally found a place and others had put bids in that where more than what we offered. Jessica noticed that the property was not under contact and contacted the other realtor to find out why. Jessica gave the seller more time after closing to be out of the home and they accepted our offer. All of this happening from 8:30 pm to 10 pm when the offer was signed. We have closed on the house and fully recommend using Jessica Shutack. We had other realtors working on this; but no could compare to Jessica Shutack and the manager Gareth Swift at Citarelli Realty Group.

Natalie is more than just a typical realtor... I really needed a honest real estate professional to guide me through a difficult decision and execute a plan. My husband and I had to sell our house due to an unfortunate situation and we really needed to save/earn as much money as possible.
