Natalie Lillard

Natalie Lillard holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and has over 16 years of experience working with diverse populations. She has a level of commitment for each of her clients; her authenticity and passion for what she does permeates through her communication and how she delivers for each client.

Natalie’s experience in working in the social service field has taught her how to approach her clients from a place of empathy, respect, and high quality of excellent customer service. Her degree has enhanced her natural skill sets of being detailed orientated and organized which has increased her level of efficiency in working in the Real Estate Industry.

Natalie entered Real Estate to first, educate future homebuyers on the importance of homeownership and how to achieve it; by helping them to prepare for the process, while guiding them on what to expect. Second, Natalie also desires to show homeowners how to maximize their return on their investments. Last, and most important, the work Natalie does for and with her clients efficaciously leads to happy and pleased clients!
