Combining over 18 years of entrepreneurial experience with a love for the Valley of the Sun, Associate Broker Natascha Ovando-Karadsheh combines her business acumen with over a decade of local real estate experience. A specialist in the East Valley and a premier luxury expert in Northeast Mesa, Natascha is known for delivering high level real estate expertise with unparalleled concierge-style client service.

As co-owner of KOR Properties, Natascha works actively to support the company’s community initiatives. She is a current member and past Chair of the City of Mesa Economic Development Advisory Board, serves on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) Board of Directors, and is the founder and presenting sponsor of Mesa Food Truck Fridays.

Prior to her career in real estate, Natascha was the executive chef and owner of the award-winning restaurant Coup des Tartes in Phoenix. She owned the restaurant for a decade and after its sale, continued as a small business and nonprofit consultant for eight years. Her dynamic, hands-on leadership, ability to orchestrate complex projects, strong sense of creativity, marketing savvy, and business intuition all complement her efforts to assist buyers and sellers at all price points.

A graduate of Princeton University and the French Culinary Institute, Natascha is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and a member of the West and SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley (WeSERV), National Association of REALTORS®, and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. When she has a spare moment, she can be found in her beautiful garden or in the kitchen cooking for family and friends.
