Highly recommend Natasha Barringer!

As a first time home buyer, we couldn’t have asked for a better buyer’s agent. She took the time to learn about us, our family, and what we wanted in a home. She found us multiple homes that met our requirements and price range, and we spent time together at each one going through the pros and cons, and listening to our feedback. Not once did she try to force us in to making a decision, nor rush us to make one. She was patient, kind, and thoughtful at each step.

Once we found the house we wanted to make an offer on, Natasha worked hard to make sure we put in a competitive offer. She helped us through the process, explained how it worked, and made us feel confident in our decision.

I highly recommend Natasha as your agent, and we will be calling her first next time we need one.

I've worked twice with Natasha as both a buyer and a seller. She is nothing but a consummate professional. Her advice is spot-on, she takes a lot of the burden off your shoulders, and is just an all around pleasure to work with. Natasha definitely knows the market, leaving nothing up for speculation. I really can't say enough great things. As a seller, she might even just bring you boxes for packing! Highly recommend her, you won't go wrong!

Natasha is an amazing real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable in the local market, very professional and very well organized. Natasha supported us through the sale of our home and helped us find a new one. Even though it seemed stressful and overwhelming, it was a lot easier with Natasha's help. She walked us through the process step by step, gave us clear expectations and estimated timelines that helped us plan and feel more comfortable and supported.

I am writing this review as a first time homeowner and seller. I had inherited my property from my mother after her passing last May. The chain of events was overwhelming in the midst of the pandemic. I sought out Natasha as a referral from a long time friend. My mother's home was in need of some TLC and with limited funds I was struggling to put my house on the market.

Natasha came into the picture and with her patience and caring about my situation guided me in understanding my home had great potential and just needed some fresh paint and carpeting, the house had "Good Bones" as the saying went.

Natasha's experience helped me to understand the different methods of staging allowing me to conserve funds for other expenses my mother had. The final result was very successful and my house sold.

My experience with Natasha Barringer, as my Realtor, deserves a 5 star rating for all that Natasha's experience has brought to my situation, but also her patience, understanding and ability to remain focused on the best outcome for my situation all while under extreme condition's we've all had to endure during this pandemic.

We were referred to Natasha through a mutual friend so that we could sell our condominium and purchase a home in the same community.

My first meeting with Natasha was very impressive. She showed up early, she was very courteous and, most importantly, she was very prepared for the meeting. She brought very helpful supporting documents explaining the market in the area we were looking to buy in.

Throughout the entire process of buying and selling I was impressed with Natasha‘s ability to listen to our needs, as well as, provide well needed constructive feedback when we were headed down the wrong path.

One thing I found very unique and impressive was that Natasha has a strong working knowledge of the architectural history of the structures and communities in the area. It was not only interesting but helpful in determining the quality of building construction, etc.

Natasha did a great job getting us a wonderful price on the sale of our condominium and did a phenomenal job dealing with and closing on the purchase of our new home.

I would (and have) highly recommend Natasha to my friends and family for their real estate needs.

I am way overdue in writing a review for Natasha. She helped us with the crazy process of buying a home and selling our condo in the most perfect timing possible. I often think about how lucky we are to have everything fall into place the way things did. We somehow got everything we wanted and never had to pay two mortgages at the same time, even though we had saved and were ready to do this (just in case!). Natasha played a huge part in our lucky timing. I am confident we would not have found this beautiful home in our dream neighborhood and sold our condo shortly afterwards if we had worked with another realtor. This was my 4th home purchase and it was the most seamless of all my experiences. Natasha always made herself available and was quick to respond to all our emails and texts. She listened to what we wanted and never tried to sell us into something more. I work full time in a crazy hospital schedule and appreciated her flexibility to make herself available according to our schedule. Any questions we had were provided with an answer or a “let me get back to you on that”, but with a very quick turnaround on that answer. She is resourceful and professional. I appreciated her approach and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat!

Natasha is the absolute best real estate agent! She was with us when we bought our first house and again this summer when, due to the addition of another small family member, we need to find a larger abode. Natasha is always available and never pushy. We never felt pushed to make a decision; she always presented the facts and gave honest opinions that ultimately help us make confident choices in the process. We could not have been happier with our new house!
As for the old one, she knew exactly who to contact to get things fixed up, staged and shown to other agents and prospective buyers. We have no doubt that it sold so quickly due to Natasha's expertise. It bears repeating again: Natasha is the BEST and you will not be sorry to have her help you find or sell a home!

After being represented poorly by a different realtor during the purchase of our first home in Willow Glen, we began asking friends and colleagues for personal recommendations as we considered a move. Based on two separate referrals we decided to work with Natasha.

Natasha is highly knowledgeable about the local market and consequently was able to put together and execute a plan that netted us hundreds of thousands of dollars above our asking price. She also found us a new home that met all of our requirements and then some! However, Natasha's services didn't end when we closed on our new home. Instead she worked closely with the listing agent to resolve some concerns we raised and even recently took the time to send us second copies of our closing docs for the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home for tax purposes.

This degree of service is why we have already referred friends and family to her for their realty needs and will continue to do so in the future.

We have had the pleasure of working with Natasha Barringer twice. She helped us purchase our first home a few years ago, and then recently she helped us to sell that home.

As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Natasha walked us through each step and explained everything thoroughly.

When it came time to sell our home, she did a great job handling our listing. Natasha is very savvy and knowledgeable about the market, and identified a good time for us to try to sell. Natasha was on top of every detail and the whole process went very smoothly. First, she made sure our home was staged and photographed beautifully. Then, within days of listing, she garnered us multiple offers above our listing price!

With Natasha as our agent, we always felt that we were in good hands. She provided excellent customer service and was accessible for any questions we had. She is very helpful, patient and personable. We look forward to working with her again!

We started working with Natasha 12 years ago when purchasing our first home. She came highly recommended by several friends who had used her in the past. She took the time to attend many open houses during an extremely competitive market period until we found a home that met our criteria.

We were recently in the market to upgrade our home that we had outgrown. Her efforts 12 years ago made the decision to employ her services an easy one. Natasha took the time to walk through our home on several occasions to help us prepare for the selling process. Each time recommendations were made on easy fixes to help our home show as well as possible. Upon completion of the open house Natasha spent several hours going over the multiple offers that had come in and explaining the pros and cons of each offer. Natasha guided us through the negotiation process and took our concerns into account. She was open to listen to our ideas and explained why or why not the idea should be incorporated in the negotiations. Upon our acceptance of an offer Natasha was on the case when the buyer and his agent raised some concerns and was there to act as a liaison between us and the buyer's agent to bring all issues to resolution.

Now came the time to buy during a fast market. Natasha took our wants and needs into account, including requirements for our children, maintaining a list of homes that met our requirements that was updated as new homes came on the market. When we saw something we liked she gave advice as to what the expected final selling price might be. This was significant in a market in which bids were often significantly higher than the asking prices. Her expertise in the market allowed us to zero in on homes that we liked and would be within our comfort zone in terms of price and location. Natasha was there for us completing a walkthrough of the home we are now in, she was there to arrange and attend the home inspection, and was there for us during the offer and negotiations making sure that our interests were protected along the way. The family that we bought from even commented on how professional, thorough and competent she was.

We have, and will continue to, recommend Natasha to friends and family and have received nothing but thanks from friends who used her. If you are looking for a great agent to represent you, you have found your match with Natasha.

We engaged Natasha Barringer of the Serena Group to market and sell our $3M+ home on Sobey Road in Saratoga, California. In our estimation, her performance in that role was excellent to outstanding in virtually every respect.

Her research to do a survey and assessment of market conditions and appropriate target price for our home was done thoroughly and expertly. The materials defined and prepared for our home's marketing campaign were executed superbly. Her preliminary staging advice and the selected staging service group's design and implementation were notably different from our personal style, yet clearly showed the home's advantages extremely well, and contributed to our ultimate successful sales result.
Throughout the process, Natasha was unstinting in her commitment of time, attention and availability to our home sales effort. We particularly appreciated that she was always attentive to our desires and preferences in making the many decisions required in the sales process, but she had professional views on the key approaches of our plan, and she was comprehensive in justifying her positions, and diligent in urging consideration of her recommendations. By the time of our closing date, we had great appreciation for the value of these characteristics.

Natasha proved to be highly competent and excellent at her work. I was not familiar with the process for selling a home, or purchasing one on my own. Natasha was able to effectively support and guide me through the process, answering every question I had and providing clarity when needed.

I would strongly recommend Natasha. She was our agent for both a sale and purchase transaction. We could not have had a better experience buying and selling a home, especially in this market.

Sale
Natasha has a strong pool of stagers, photographers, and other agents to draw on. She made recommendations regarding staging, which we followed, and sold our house in a week for significantly over our asking price. She kept us informed the whole way via phone and text messages and was present when she needed to be to ensure a smooth sale. She was always available and always returned our calls and texts. We received multiple offers on our home, which she helped us evaluate for a successful sale.

Purchase
This is where Natasha really distinguished herself. We bought a home, offering under asking price. The home had multiple offers and Natasha was able to influence the seller to take our offer. We ultimately paid below asking price in a very hot market on the second house we saw.

We also recommended Natasha to a friend who had trouble selling a home two years ago. Natasha helped our friends sell their home for more than they expected to get.

This review of Natasha is long overdue. Simply put, she is absolutely amazing! She has handled 5 real estate transactions for us (one rental property, 4 homes buy and sell), and not only did she make the experience smooth, but she was also a rock of stability for me during some tense times in dealing with estate issues and difficult buyers/sellers! Not only that, but she kinda made a miracle happen for us in terms of our current home - a home that we thought was out of our reach but due to her personal connections and agent savvy, we have this fabulous home that is the fulfillment of a dream for us.
