If you are ever concerned about finding a realtor who would prioritize you over just making a sale, Nate would be the one. I looked at a variety of homes and Nate saved me tens of thousands of dollars not just on my final home but explaining the risks of other house that I would have missed when presenting offers. He is also very responsive, personable and knowledgeable in the industry and pricing.

Nate is simply amazing! He's just an all around great person whose exceptional at what he does! My husband and I had been looking for the perfect home for over a year before we found Nate! Nate and Dan, our lender, whom Nate recommended to us, made such an awesome team! They made purchasing a home seem effortless. All though, I know it was a ton of work on their end! This was our first time purchasing a home for our family so we didn't quite know where to begin. My husband actually found Nate on a website as he was scrolling around, feeling discouraged from our previous experience with another realtor/lender that was a disaster. We wanted and needed someone to hold our hand and walk us through this whole process. Nate did that. He made us feel comfortable the entire time. He was realistic, down to earth, genuine, knowledgable, and at times, gave us the push we needed. We put our trust, hope, and future in his hands and he did not let us down! Him and Dan truly make a great team, the dynamic duo! The communication was spot on. When my husband and I would have questions they would immediately be answered and Nate and Dan, both, would break things down for us so that we would understand. Even after buying our first home and moving in, Nate has been extremely helpful with questions we still have. In the future, with anything home related, whether it's refinancing or purchasing a new home, Nate will be our go to guy!

Nate Gelbmann was the nicest and most pleasant professional I have ever worked with. Not only is Nate very knowledgeable about all aspects of his craft but he really cares about his clients and goes over and above to ensure that his clients are heard and their needs are met. He made himself very accessible to me, answered all my questions and concerns which is something that I found comfort and safety in as I first time home purchaser. Nate was very flexible with his schedule meeting my scheduling needs at all times another important aspect in this challenging real estate market. I had a lot of challenges and barriers most were caused by a subpar out of town loan officer nearly causing me to lose not only the property I was interested in but also my Earnest Money but Nate stepped in and advocated on behalf and patiently worked with me to resolve all issues and get the deal closed. Also after the closing Nate made sure that let me kn ow that he was available to me for all my aftercare questions and concerns so that I am not scammed. I am forever grateful to have had Nate Gelbmann as my realtor and plan on using his services for all my real estate needs and plan to refer him to all my friends, family, loved one and anyone else I come upon that needs an Awesome Realtor!!!!!

Nate was great! We are first-time homebuyers and met him at a showing that he was covering for a coworker, and we're very glad that he did! He spoke with us for over 2 hours on a Sunday evening to get to know us and to answer all of our questions about the homebuying process. He was very punctual in meeting us at several houses on short notice and provided helpful advice and essentially taught us how to look at houses. Nate was amazing and I couldn't recommend him enough. I felt zero pressure and felt like he truly had our best interest in mind. Buying a house is stressful as it's the biggest purchase you will ever make. Nate made my wife and I feel very comfortable by walking us through all the steps as they came, being available to answer our questions at anytime and and he has even checked in us a few times to see how we were doing even after the purchase had been made. Love our new home and Nate couldn't have made the process any smoother!
