Our motivation to provide quality real estate service stems from our own experience. In the 20 plus years Neal served as a U.S. Army Ranger we moved 13 times. We had good experiences and bad experiences and learned that a good Real Estate professional does more than open doors or list your home. A good real estate agent facilitates the whole transaction, keeping you informed, giving you options and coming up with solutions when something goes wrong.
Neal Thomas started working as a Real Estate Broker in 2006. Angela Thomas joined him in 2010. Since that time Neal and Angela have used their knowledge of local markets to helped hundreds of home owners buy and sell homes in seven different counties of Washington State including; King, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Mason and Grays Counties. They also used their experience to help buyers and sellers with all kinds of real estate sales including; Conventional, FHA, FHA (203K), VA, VA Owned Properties, Estates, Short Sales, Bank Owned (REO) and USDA. Home owners they work with vary from the first-time home buyer to home investor as well as the most experienced home seller, from the lowest end of the market to the highest end of the market.
