I can't speak highly enough of Neil as both a realtor and property manager. He does a phenomenal job dealing with unexpected issues promptly when they arise and always has useful suggestions regarding preventative maintenance. He is able to negotiate great prices from contractors -- so much so that I"m convinced his property management services pay for themselves!

I cannot begin to express how incredible Neil is.

Neil helped me buy a home about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I had to sell over the summer. After taking me to over 35 showings, putting in 3 offers, landing my dream home, staging, showing, and selling, I couldn't be happier with my choice in a realtor.

Neil will be the only realtor i use for a property purchase. That is, until he retires. Even then, I will only use a realtor of his recommendation.

On a professional level, Neil is responsive, knowledgeable, engaging, and overall, incredible at his job. On a personal level, Neil is a caring, friendly, FUNNY, and honest person.

I cannot recommend him enough. Also, make sure you ask to see a picture of his beloved Great Dane, Perry.
