Jonathan Maki is a New Orleans native and a licensed REALTOR® with McEnery Residential, holding a BBA in Marketing & Branding from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. Jonathan is also the managing partner of Maki Properties, LLC., which specializes in residential and commercial renovations of historic properties in South Louisiana.
Prior to joining McEnery Residential, Jonathan worked in brand development and marketing strategy with a cross-section of clients ranging from small entrepreneurial businesses to Fortune 500 companies. For the last 10 years, he has lived in the Irish Channel, where he still lives with his wife, Lili, and dog, Boudreaux. Jonathan loves traveling, dining, live music, boating, fishing, duck hunting and all the other wonderful things living in South Louisiana has to offer. He is a member of the Metairie Park Country Day Alumni Association, Ole Miss Alumni Association, New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and the Preservation Resource Center.
Jonathan is also internationally recognized in the “Who’s Who of Luxury Real Estate.” This is a worldwide collection of top brokers representing the finest luxury properties across the globe. This hand-selected group in more than seventy countries collectively sells over $300 billion of real estate annually, making it the most elite and comprehensive luxury real estate network in the world. To be eligible for membership, firms and brokers must list and sell in the top 10 percent of their market and demonstrate expertise in the marketing and sale of luxury properties.
