In addition to being a licensed agent for over five years, he has also worked as a property manager. He understands the home buying and selling process as well as investment and income properties. Like many local residents, he relocated to Idaho. He has called Idaho home since 2013 and is so glad he made the move. Prior to real estate he had a career in law enforcement in California and Oregon. His degrees from Cal State in Criminal Law, Business Management and Conflict Management and Negotiation have served him well in his law enforcement career as well as in his real estate dealings. He believes being honest and up front with clear communication is essential to a smooth real estate transaction. Building trust with his clients, conducting each transaction with integrity and a personal touch has created solid and lasting relationships with his clients long after the transaction is closed.

In his free time, Neil enjoys all that Idaho outdoors has to offer. Hiking, fishing, and boating are great ways to spend downtime. He looks forward to working with you and is here to answer any questions and be your go to resource for all things real estate.
