Meline is a wonderful professional and person. Full of energy and resources. She has been our realtor for over ten years and helped us buying and selling several investment properties. She sold my son’s condo in one day when the housing market was not as heated as today. Most recently she sold one of our condos in one day as well while we are stationed in Europe and everything went so smoothly. We did not worry for a minute about anything knowing that Neline was handling it. We highly recommend her!!!!

Nelene Gibbs is an exceptional realtor having the ability to get the house sold where others could not. She not only sold my most recent property during a pandemic but also my last house that could not be sold in an entire summer. She knows what needs to be renovated and has the contacts for you to get it done at reasonable rates. She knows what’s fair to let you know when you are being unreasonable during the closing process. She attends to every detail during inspection and closing so that the deal gets closed on time. She loves her job and she is top in her field!

Nelene Gibbs is both an amazing realtor and a wonderful person! She is professional, extremely knowledgeable about the VA and NC real estate markets, and determined to get the job done! She is honest and helpful as well. She helped us sell our Chesapeake property, and was tireless and creative in the ways she promoted it and got the word out! Facebook posts, ads in Horse magazines, flyers and emails to other realtors were used. She took professional photographs, which even included a drone flyover of the property, which was over 4 acres. I highly recommend Nelene and Gibbs Realty to anyone who is selling or buying a house!!

Nelene Gibbs at Gibbs Realty Group is a place that a seller or buyer will get a chance to thrive in the sense of finding an Agent who really reaches deep inside herself and her related Realty Resources to ensure that the job at hand gets done in a professional and very timely manner. Time is not an issue! Her constant phone calls arriving at her desk with customers looking for answers is not an issue!! Her staying up long past closed business hours on into the night, every night is not an issue!!! Her searching relentlessly to find her customers the solutions they are anticipating is not an issue!!!! Her clients' wishes are her command and if she cannot do something, she pursues the attitude of "My Team Can Do" to find a way where there seems to be no way. So, how do I, a prior client in her business past know all of these things? My wife and family lived these realities last year when we decided to put one of our homes up for sale in the local Hampton Roads area in 2019. This Realtor, Nelene Gibbs, put our home on the market and by the sixth day, it was under contract!!!! I cannot say enough about working with Nelene. I have never met a more joyful, giving & professional person. I met Nelene in 2013 by calling her to see one of her listings. The same day, I hired her to sell my house. I am not sure how she held it all together, but she had the buyer and seller at the same time on both properties...I referred to her as Wonder Woman. there were definitely a lot of moving pieces and challenges along the way.Once the transactions had closed, I thanked her and told her when the sale of my company was complete, I was going to get my real estate license.She told me to do it and come work with her. January 2014, I called her and told her I had just passed the exam. I immediately started working with her. During my second year of being a realtor, I lost my son unexpectedly. I don't know what I would have done without Nelene. She not only took over my workload but was holding my hand and making arrangements for things that my husband and I could not do. We have been forever bonded as co-workers and friends since that time. Nelene has mentored me into the superstar agent that I have become, without asking for anything in return. Believe me that took some work! She is always so positive and knows the right things to say and do. You could not ask for a better broker/realtor to work with.If you are a seasoned agent and unhappy with your firm, I would encourage you to talk to Nelene.
