I highly recommend Nellie Peralta with Keller Williams for anyone in Central Florida. I was managing the sale of my investment property from out of state, and after an initial stint with another brokerage, Nellie took charge. She dedicated several days to preparing the home for relisting and ultimately sold it in less than 4 weeks after going pending.
