Nenita Dejuras

Nenita has listed and sold numerous properties for her clients and also loves to show her clients the latest developments and/or resales for purchase. She has a winning combination - her knowledge of the real estate market, honesty, integrity and someone who really cares. Nenita has an unbelievable track record with her clients. She really makes a difference in all transactions to help them run smoothly.

Nenita came from the Philippines in 1971 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a registered Nurse and has pursued many different fields in nursing, from medical, surgical, intensive care, trauma and eventually settled in as an Emergency Room nurse at UIC here in Chicago where she is still employed. She quips, "I enjoy what I am doing, taking any patient that comes through the ER door, no matter how sick they are. To me it makes a difference to know that I helped that person get better. It helps to ground me." Nenita continues to advance herself by taking courses to keep up to date with the latest innovations and advances in the nursing and medical field.

Her caring nature and desire to help people are an asset in the real estate field. Several years ago, she began investing in real estate and in the process has helped many friends and family members invest in real estate as well. Whether it is an in-town, investment opportunity or just a primary residence - Nenita has everyone's best interest at heart.

Another advantage Nenita has through real estate is her ability to help scout profitable real estate locations for her family's business in Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins stores. This is what eventually led her to believe that real estate could become her career. And she has successfully sold over 15 million dollars in the real estate industry to date.

She entered the real estate market in 2003 and mentored under Pamela Tilton, who has sold over 55 million in the past three years. During her first six months as a real estate consultant, she completed eleven transations. Nenita says she is happy to be at @properties where her mentor is now the Managing Broker.
