Nic Peterson

Nic is familiar with Sioux Falls and the surrounding area having grown up in Brandon. Prior to graduating from South Dakota State University, he became interested in real estate. He job shadowed for several agents in Sioux Falls and learned multiple facets of the business.

His interest in sales led him to a venture at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a sales rep where he grew his negotiation and customer service skills, which couples well with his real estate knowledge. He has also spent time in the Customer Service Department at Daktronics assisting customers with their video display needs.

Nic’s favorite part of being a real estate agent is getting to know clients, learning their needs, and getting them into a home they love.

In Nic’s spare time he enjoys playing golf, spending time at the lake with family, friends, and dog Zara, and rooting on the Minnesota Vikings and Twins.
