Nic Williams is a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty in Sacramento, California. Nic's journey into the real estate world started in 2008 when he bought his first home. Through his experiences buying and renovating houses, Nic developed a passion for real estate and everything real estate related. He now devotes his career to helping others buy and sell houses, from first time home buyers to empty nesters and investors, and everything in between.
