I wasn’t too sure about using a realtor for renting, but I was pleasantly surprised. Nick negotiated for me a cheaper rent and got me the first 2 months free!! The best part is that I didn’t have to pay him, the landlord did and I didn’t have to worry about finding the perfect place. I highly recommend him even if you aren’t ready to buy, he can still help! Also, get set me up with his loan officer and she is helping me get ready for when we are going to buy. Definitely going to be going through him again!
