First Time Home Buyer.

Nick is patient, responsive, efficient, EXPERIENCED, and COMPETENT. He advocates for you and addresses your concerns.

The mortgage lender I used was hot garbage with an incompetent lender, processor, underwriter, and closer due to their sloppy & lazy paperwork, inconsistent & poor communication, and overall lack of professionalism and a sense of urgency.

I would have lost the opportunity if it wasn't for Nick's experienced guidance and quick responses.

We had the opportunity to work with Nick first as buyers and then as sellers. Each experience was smooth and fairly stress free. We were not actively looking to buy, but we told a friend "if that home across the street from you is ever for sale, let us know" went on the market. That was on a Thursday, we called Nick and he showed us the next day. We somehow managed to put an offer together Saturday and got word Sunday night the sellers chose us.
The time in between an accepted offer and closing feels long. This is where Nick shines and I feel the hardest part for an overly excited buyer like myself. He updated us about everything along the way. If there was an email, he would text to let us know to check our email. He kept everyone accountable and on task. He is very patient and a wealth of knowledge in his profession. I was very impressed how he worked so well with other agents. He arranged for the seller to meet us at the final walk thru so we could meet him in person.
The hardest part of selling our home was the emotional attachment we had to it. Thankfully Nick helped us buy our dream home which made the process so much easier. He helped us pick the offer that would get us to closing day with the least amount of stress and get the sale price we were hoping for. The title company he works with is amazing and they adore him. Once again he was able to arrange for us to meet the buyers at the final walk thru. We were able to hand the keys over and hug the new owners in their new home. I cannot recommend Nick enough, he made real estate easy in these chaotic times.

Nick was extremely helpful in keeping us on track to ready our house for sale and to find a new one that fit our need to downsizing needs. The market has changed a lot since we went through this process 16 years ago. He found answers to all the questions we had and walked us through the process of setting a fair asking price. When the bids started coming in he was there to advise us on the merits of each offer. His expertise resulted in selling our home for far more than we ever expected. Thanks Nick!

Nick was outstanding to work with. We started looking at home right when the housing market went nuts in 2021. Within days he quickly adapted to a new and aggressive strategy. He helped get us in our new home in just about a months time. He was always helpful and responsive. Nights, weekends, etc. Nick was always available to field questions and offer insights. We strongly recommend Nick as an agent.
