Nick’s 10+ years of sales experience in New York City has given him extensive knowledge, not just of neighborhoods but also of personalities. Combined with his capabilities in researching and analyzing deals in light of market trends, Nick knows how to negotiate for the best possible outcome. He takes care of all transaction details to keep the process stress-free for his clients.

Nick comes from a family that has been Manhattan-based for almost 100 years and cares deeply about the city. His grandmother was a dynamo in NYC’s fashion industry and his grandfather was plugged into the city’s real estate and textile worlds. He takes that legacy seriously.

Nick plays on the Compass softball team and is an avid golfer, tennis player, and downhill skier. He is a member of the Young Leadership Committee of the JED Foundation, an organization devoted to protecting the emotional health of young adults.
