Nick couldn't have been more helpful with his help finding our daughter a home. He was patient and was accessible at all hours for our constant questions and need to place offers quickly in a crazy busy and fast-paced market. He was always able to see the big picture. He explained things to us in detail and was always super friendly and kind. He went out of his way to make us comfortable with this process... no question we asked was left unanswered. He is very thorough and just an all around nice guy. We will definitely use him again. A true gem!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had with Nick throughout the process of purchasing my first home. Nick is personable and was always willing and able to answer every question I had - no matter how big or small. He was truly an advocate and always prioritized what was in my best interest at every stage. Nick was even kind enough to reach out at my 1 year home purchase anniversary. What could have been an overwhelming, stressful process was made seamless by have such an amazing partner in my corner.

Nick help me find my first house in Port Richmond 4 years ago and I was so impressed with him. He was amazing and very kind to me. I was young and doing it all on my own and he really took care of me then. Now I am getting married and decided to call Nick again to help my fiancé and I find another house. He helped us for over a year to find our home. He was very patient and awesome again. Thanks Nick for being so cool.

We used Nick to list and sell my Mom's house in NE Philly. Nick did a fantastic job and we couldn't be more happy with his services. Nick is extremely responsive to his clients needs and went above and beyond to make sure the transaction went through as smoothly as possible.

We were so happy with Nick, we also used him as our agent to purchase a home for my Mom in Bucks County. Again, Nick went above and beyond to help my Mom secure the exact house she wanted in a very competitive market. I am confident we would have not gotten the house if it was not for Nick's persistence and efforts to make it happen.

When I was looking for a realtor I wanted someone who was reliable, knowledgeable and helpful and Nick was all of those things and more. I made closing in April during the height of COVID. Nick was there during every step of the process, now matter what issue came up his mantra was always the same "don't worry about it, I got this" making the process less stressful during this unprecedented time. Nick is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. Any person looking to buy or sell a home would be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

I met Nick in Sept of 2019 (maybe even Aug). I had this guy all over Doylestown, New Hope, Churchville, Richboro, changed my mind and started looking in Lafayette Hill, Plymouth Meeting and finally ended up in Blue Bell, pa. I finally found my dream home in Nov and made settlement Jan 3rd, 2020. This guy didn't flinch, he showed me house, upon house, upon house with such patience and understanding. And to top it off, his knowledge was even more impressive!

Nick was great in his hard work and constant efforts selling our condo. There were several units for sale in our building and they were rather cookie cutter but Nick definitely set our unit apart from the rest. Not only did he get ours sold before any of the others, we got a great price. I know he really negotiated well with the buyer's realtor behind the scenes as well. Use him if you can!!

Nick helped us when we needed to sell our older "fixer-upper". He was exactly the kind of person you want in that situation. He was creative and sensitive to our needs and even lent a hand with little tidy up tasks. He approached the sale as if he were selling his own house and throughout the process he was the consummate professional. He knows the business and his suggestions were spot on. His ideas on how to market the house helped us get an offer within only a few weeks and this was with a house that had not been upgraded in quite a few years. If you need a realtor, this is your guy.
