Nick was amazing and then some when it came to the sale of my grandmother in laws house that she has had for 45+ years. He was very professional and answered all of our questions and kept me well informed through out the process. Nick spent several hours, days, weeks, months, working on the sale of the house that included several phone calls to attorneys, different buyers myself just to name a few as well as tons of paper work and amendments. He definitely did not do it for the money. He had our concerns at heart and bent over backwards to see that the sale went through. When I am ready to buy a house I am definitely going to Nick!

Nick was awesome. When our landlord decided to end our lease to list our rental house for sale we were not sure about trying to buy a house in today’s market. Nick was always available to answer our questions and show us the type of houses we were looking for. When we put in our first offer his advice was helpful in our offer being accepted. Selling my parents' house of 30 years was not an easy task on many levels, but Nick helped us through every step of the process. He provided guidance on what we should do prior to listing and then marketed the house effectively. We had an offer the same day it was listed, and then Nick worked hard through several counter-offers, contingencies, and deadlines to make sure the deal would succeed. He promptly answered all questions and kept us informed during the entire process. We closed in an extremely short amount of time for more than we had hoped.
